Maar liefst \u00e9\u00e9n op de drie vrouwen krijgt na haar bevalling te maken met ongewild urineverlies. Gelukkig kun je je bekkenbodemspieren trainen om deze zogenaamde stressincontinentie tegen te gaan.<\/strong><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"block b-editor narrow  text-left pt-2 pb-2\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\" text-left\">\n                            <h2>Je bekkenbodem na de bevalling<\/h2>\n            \n                            <p>Bij iedere bevalling treedt er schade op aan de bekkenbodem. Dit komt doordat er tijdens de bevalling veel druk komt te staan op de bekkenbodemspieren en deze spieren ook flink worden opgerekt. Gelukkig zijn de klachten in veel gevallen tijdelijk. Hierbij zijn de eerste 6 weken na de bevalling belangrijk voor het herstel. Neem voldoende rust, zeker de eerste week na de bevalling, en daarna kun je de activiteiten rustig gaan opbouwen.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"block b-editor narrow  text-left pt-2 pb-2\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\" text-left\">\n                            <h2>Je bekkenbodemspieren trainen<\/h2>\n            \n                            <p>Je kunt verschillende oefeningen doen om de bekkenbodemspieren en de sluitspier van de blaas te trainen. Hierdoor zul je merken dat je meer controle krijgt over je blaas. Als je deze oefeningen zo\u2019n zes tot acht weken dagelijks doet, zul je merken dat je minder snel ongewild urine verliest. Bijvoorbeeld bij het hoesten, niezen, lachen, tillen, traplopen, rennen of springen. Welke spieren moet je dan oefenen? Als je bedenkt dat je je plas wilt ophouden, dan span je je spieren aan. Dit zijn je bekkenbodemspieren.<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"block b-editor narrow  text-left pt-2 pb-2\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\" text-left\">\n                            <h2>Zo kun je je bekkenbodemspieren oefenen:<\/h2>\n            \n                            <ul>\n<li>Span je bekkenbodemspieren 6 tellen strak aan (afknijpen). Blijf rustig doorademen.<\/li>\n<li>Probeer om tijdens het knijpen nog een paar keer extra hard aan te knijpen.<\/li>\n<li>Ontspan de bekkenbodemspieren 6 tellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Doe deze oefening 10 keer achter elkaar (6 tellen knijpen, 6 tellen ontspannen). E\u00e9n oefensessie van 10 keer knijpen en ontspannen duurt ongeveer 2 tot 3 minuten.<\/p>\n<p>Zorg dat je in het begin wel de tijd neemt. Ga op je rug liggen, met gebogen benen en je voeten op de grond. Je legt \u00e9\u00e9n hand op je buik. Let er wel op dat je bij het aanspannen van de bekkenbodemspieren (\u2018afknijpen\u2019) je buik-, bil- en bovenbeenspieren ontspannen blijven en je billen op de grond blijven.<\/p>\n<p>Gaat dit goed dan kun je de oefening ook staand of zittend doen.
