Dit snelle hartige gerechtje is natuurlijk net zo lekker om voor het avondeten te maken.\u2019<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"block b-editor narrow  text-left pt-2 pb-2\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\" text-left\">\n            \n                            <p><em>Bereidingstijd: [klokje 15 minuten] plus 15 minuten wachttijd<\/em><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"block b-editor narrow  text-left pt-2 pb-2\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\" text-left\">\n                            <h2>Benodigdheden voor 2 porties:<\/h2>\n            \n                            <ul>\n<li>1 eetl. olijfolie, plus extra voor invetten ovenschaaltje<\/li>\n<li>1 ui, gesnipperd<\/li>\n<li>3 teentjes knoflook, geperst<\/li>\n<li>200 gr diepvriesspinazie, ontdooid<\/li>\n<li>50 gr geraspte geitenkaas<\/li>\n<li>100 gr fetakaas, verkruimeld<\/li>\n<li>2 eieren<\/li>\n<li>1 eetl. peterselie<\/li>\n<li>1 eetl. oregano<\/li>\n<li>125 ml Nutridrink compact neutraal of Fortimel<\/li>\n<li>snufje witte peper<\/li>\n<li>Keukenhulpje: ovenschaal met een inhoud van 1 liter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                    <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"block b-editor narrow  text-left pt-2 pb-2\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\" text-left\">\n                            <h2>Ga als volgt te werk<\/h2>\n            \n                            <p>Verwarm de oven voor op 180 \u00b0C. Verwarm de olie in een pan en bak de uien 5 minuten op matig vuur. Ze moeten zacht en lichtbruin gekleurd zijn. Voeg de knoflook, spinazie, \u00be van de geitenkaas en \u00be van de fetakaas toe. Zet het vuur laag en laat zoveel mogelijk vocht verdampen.<br \/>\nKlop met een garde de eieren los in een mengkom. Roer de peterselie, oregano, Nutridrink of Fortimel en peper erdoor. Schep alles uit de pan over in de mengkom. Pureer met de staafmixer en breng op smaak met peper. Giet het mengsel in de ovenschaal. Bestrooi met de rest van de kaas.<\/p>\n<p>Bak het gerecht ca. 15 minuten in het midden van de oven, totdat de kaas goudbruin kleurt.
